Katie Steinberg | pre/postnatal.
Katie was born in the Arizona desert but moved to Boston during middle school. Happiest when in the great outdoors, she quickly moved back to the mountains for college. In order to share her love of nature with others, she pursued a teaching degree and works as a Middle School Science teacher. When not teaching, she enjoys being out in the backcountry trail running, biking, or backcountry skiing. She enjoys ultra-distance running, and has been able to visit beautiful places around the world competing in races. She has a one year old son, Hudson, with whom she and her husband have enjoyed sharing their love of the trails. You can find them skinning up the king in the winter and hiking in the park/winds in the summer.
Katie is excited to be teaching a pre/post natal fitness and bond with other mothers in town. She enjoys motivating her clients to work hard and gain confidence by testing their limits. She empathizes with the challenge of trying to balance work, kids, and play, and encourages her clients to just show up, as this can be a huge positive step in reducing the stress and chaos of life.
