Ali Milburn | ride.
Ali earned her BA in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder where she grew up. It was there she became an AFAA certified group fitness instructor coaching cardio kickboxing and bootcamp style classes. She moved to Jackson in 2012 where she began Hole Food Rescue which aims to reduce food waste and food insecurity in Teton County. When not making Jackson a better place to live and helping you achieve your fitness goals, you'll find her whitewater rafting, mountain biking, ultralight backpacking, camping in the desert and studying nutrition and food politics. A certified Schwinn Indoor Cycling instructor that coaches a variety of classes (on and off the bike), Ali resides in her belief that strengthening fundamental movement patters in the gym will not only enhance performance but reduce the likelihood and severity of injuries in the real world.
