You never know when we might serve up a theme, DJ or sweet give-a-ways for our awesome riders, so reserve your bike early as these spots go fast! First purchase one PIMP MY RIDE pass then reserve. Cancelling within 2 hours prior to class results in the loss of your pass purchase. No-shows result in an additional $10 no-show fee. Normal cancellation terms apply when using all other passes. *Unreserved PIMP MY RIDE passes will lock your current, active pass from being used.

RIDE | Our classic 50 minute RIDE has it all with hills, sprints and endurance followed by cycling specific stretches. Every RIDE is based on authentic cycling principles with coaching designed to motivate all fitness levels. Technique and/or real terrain based RIDE’s use measurement as motivation to gain power and see improvement. Like all of our classes, this one is fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched with sweat!

RIDE45 | Get in, get sweaty, get on with your day! Just like our classic RIDE, this 45-minute version is specially designed to maximize calorie burn with minimum time.

RIDE60 | An extended RIDE perfect for someone craving more time in the saddle. Extra minutes equals extra endurance, extra calories and extra strength. Every RIDE is based on authentic cycling principles with coaching designed to motivate all fitness levels. Technique and/ or real terrain based RIDE’s use measurement as motivation to gain power and see improvement. Like all of our classes, this one is fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched with sweat! Not interested in staying the full 60-minutes? Feel free to finish anytime, but please give yourself time to stretch before you leave.

RIDE/CORE | Your abs and lower back are the vital foundation from which all movement, including the pedal stroke, stems. Build a stable core with about 40-50 minutes of a classic RIDE followed by killer core conditioning. You are welcome to just RIDE, extend the RIDE on your own or enjoy the benefits of the complete class.

RIDE/CORE/ROLL | Extend your workout with our classic 40-50 minute RIDE followed by core conditioning and grand finale using self-myofascial release techniques. Use a foam roller and massage balls to relieve the hips, back, shoulders and legs. Rejuvenate the joints and restore maximal performance to a tight and tired body.

RIDE/GLUTES | Weak glutes can lead to a number of problems from hip issues, knee pain, hamstring injuries, and lower back pain. Get 40-50 minutes of our classic RIDE and wrap it up by getting into your hottest asset. Fire up your glutes, build strength and power, all while working to prevent injury. As always, you are welcome to come for just the RIDE, extend the RIDE on your own or crush the complete workout.

RIDE/ROW | A cross-training dream! Two workouts that compliment the body perfectly in one action-packed hour. Get a strong cardiovascular workout and full body muscular challenge for the perfect combo class. *Cycling or athletic shoes may be used to RIDE, but standard athletic shoes are needed to ROW. No bare feet allowed.

RIDE/STRENGTH | Start with a powerful, fast and challenging 30-minute RIDE perfectly complimented with another 30 minutes of strength and mobility work that will focus on opening you up and balancing out your time one the bike by targeting the core, upper body strength and hip and shoulder mobility.

RIDE/YOGA | Gain the benefits from indoor cycling with speed, endurance and strength in a powerful 30 minutes, fused with the balance and flexibility work of therapeutic Yoga to wrap up this perfect hour. The RIDE is extended to 40-50 minutes if listed as an hour-fifteen minute class.

ROW | Work nine major muscle groups and 84% of your muscle mass in this one-of-a-kind, indoor rowing workout. ROW is broken up into endurance waves of effort with regular recovery and core work. Get a power-packed, low impact, total-body challenge in 45-minutes filled with team work to focus the mind and push your fitness level in an exhilarating race that leaves you breathless! Easy to learn and perfect for any fitness level.

SHOCKWAVE | Dubbed by the media as “the most efficient total-body workout in the world,” ShockWave is cross-training at its best! This circuit challenge utilizes a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals along with functional strength and sculpting stations aimed to target and chisel legs, core and the arms. You will find yourself working harder than you ever imagined because of the camaraderie, friendly team competition and motivation designed to push you to your max effort and provide extreme results.
